I had a great time with my band at the Jazz Education Network conference in Louisville, KY in January!  We played our set Friday morning, January 6.  Saw a lot of old friends, met many new ones and heard some great music during the week! Next year is back east again in Atlanta, GA!  
The duo gig at Vitello's in Studio City with Larry Koonse was a dream come true! To have the opportunity to make music with Larry in that intimate setting was an honor and the music-making truly magical! Thank you Larry and thank you to all who came to support us.  Glenn Mitchell, from the LAjazzscene paper, wrote a very nice review for the February edition of the paper.  Thank you Glenn!  Dailey Pike's pictures - tremendous!  Thanks to April and all who made that evening happen! 
The new CD is getting a bunch of airplay already and the promotional campaign has just begun!  I'm thrilled that The Netherlands, South Africa, Santa Monica, New Orleans, San Francisco and other have added me to their play list.  All sorts of tunes from the new record too...Thanks to all of those program managers and radio stations for taking a chance on me!  
I'm keeping busy with gigs in 2012!
